I've investigated a bit and yes. It seems that when someone gets money from a loan shark in Korea they have to write down where they live and work, the details of some relatives/friends, they have to pick up their phone if called and all... If the payments are not met, the loan sharks go after whomever was written down and harass them into paying... it's messed up...
So in Korea if you're family member takes out a loan they can't pay you have to pay it off???? If so that crazy
