I assume it depends on how badly the curse is when it activates. The first one was activated after she held off for a long time as such she couldn't remember what happened fully (it could also be because the curse had for the first time activated and since then her and the curse have started to bond unintentionally like how it saved her life)

BTW, I thought that when she's taken over by the curse she hardly remembers what happened. How is she able to remember the previous night then?
