Hmm... I don't remember him having a "cheat" except the fact that he has knowledge about his past life. I mean, all those diagnosis came from his knowledge in his past life and he won't be able to graduate in being an intern just because he has it because as they have frequently mentioned, there is a protocol for everything. Unless he does things like in medical top surgeon and perfect surgeon whom took their way to volunteer outside the country to be able to be untouchable by their higher-ups. Though, yes he's kind of weak unlike them because his enemy is just a professor who has a lot of connections.
I'm kind of fond of medical manhwa however this Mc kinda.. weak?? or a herbivore.. I mean he already have a cheat after all he regress and not only that he even made connection with some powerful people who can even influence the law but he keep being an intern or being push a round..not only that if we will compare it to "Medical Return" ( I know they are different and all ) they both regress and the MC's enemy on that manhwa is even a chaebol son and the director or chairman of the whole hospital and here on this manhwa is just a professor not even the director itself. I hope he can step out of his comfort zone or be like Dr. Chae Tae Soo who goes out and get experience and slap those enemies of his in the face on how talented he is and be A True Doctor. (╯°Д °)╯╧╧ I didnt wish him to be an OP character but I mean he already cheat after all he regress whats the use of it???
