RIGHT????? If they want a story about a typical dreamy male lead fantasy then do that from the first place! why insert that in a story about a woman finding autonomy for herself and ruin the themes completely??? This didn't start out as a 'I'm having my own patriachal big and strong man for myself, I'm giggling and kicking my feet' kinda story, WHY MAKE IT ONE LATER ON????
I think it's beyond a shadow of doubt we are in the writer side of things gotten fucking nothing left. and i am just saying because it feels like this is still going by some mandate. it's getting a little annoying because it's becoming the same old shit over and over again. this story is about woman finding for autonomy herself. and vera being the ML just feels like it clashes with it. now more then ever.
