While I understand his reason wanting to kill the MC, what made me disappointed is him choosing death over the chance to protect Julie as long as she can.
I mean, yes the original Ducleine (?) has been too much to Julie, but you can say that none of them worth killing yet. If he tried to make Ducleine feel Julie's pain, he should have choose the same way. Especially with knowing what Julie hates, it's just like what the MC said.
What he did will only bring deep regret to Julie. I can understand if in the past, he saw Ducleine's evil plan that will bring dangerous harm to Julie. But none of the memories in the chapter show what he directly witnessed about Julie and Ducleine.
So.... yeah. Just..... weird, I guess?
And I thought the one supposed to be in concern is that white haired blue eyes girl? Am I the only one realizing that blonde student appears more often than the other girl?
