right and yes ofc Lyle could have asked him in a straightforward manner, but he's human ffs of course he'd feel awkward asking Ash about the assumed ex-love of his life when Ash didn't seem like he wanted to talk about it... Ash can feel upset that Lyle didn't communicate with him but I can't believe he just said "i feel sad that you were upset" instead of "I'm sorry" like omg... and NO mention of how RUDELY your friends acted in your shared home?? he really fumbled the ball
i’m glad evb is clocking ash for once bc be so real…he knew his friends said all that around lyle and didn’t clear it up with him… waited for lyle to catch him with the ex… and then got mad at HIM for assuming things???? he couldn’t do anything BUT assume
