The second part has another main villian the hunters so the first part doesn't carry on as they defeat white star in the first part.
Although I suggest you read the second part too.I personally really like it as we see new adventures in another world with Cale and some of our un answered questions are answered

Definitely worth reading it, there was some foreshadowing in the first part that we didn't notice but it was revealed in the second part and all of it is just mind blowing. Just how far ahead is the author thinking the plot??? I mean the first foreshadowing was around chapter 256 of the first part and it got revealed in the second part around chapter 300 I think.
I didn't know anything about the novel and I just searched a few details... It seems that there are two parts, second not completed yet. Does the story carry on in the second part, or is there a proper conclusion in the first one? I've seen a few negative comments about the second part so I kinda want to know if they are directly connected.
