d.) is probably the twins were in contact and it was the younger one that died and for some stupid reason the older one now pretends to be him
e.) they aren't actually twins, it was just an excuse for people to approve the new young master. It was just a coincidence that they found someone who looks exactly like the dead one.

a.) although separated, the og master has actually been in contact with his younger twin all along and has told him a lot of things about nora, which could explain the interest the younger twin has shown.
b.) it was actually the younger twin who nora encountered when she was a kid.
c.) the younger twin might've actually hated the older twin and now that he's dead, yt might've want to take whatever the older twin have. And the younger twin was actually the one who sabotaged the ot's car
