I believe she’s chosen not to interfere with the original story any further, wanting to preserve Ruby and Lariette’s “happy ending.” From her perspective, the story will naturally progress with Ruby ending up with the FL, Lariette.

She didn’t want to become a villain and only aimed to make things easier for Ruby. To achieve that, she removed most of the obstacles between the ML and FL—helping the ML reconcile with his family and eliminating FL’s abusive family.

She likely believes that by doing this, Ruby and Lariette will lead a happier life, and her role in their story is complete. Moreover, being human in the therianthrope kingdom could complicate things, potentially putting her in danger given the tense relationship between the races.

There’s probably some lingering guilt on her part regarding the therianthropes, even though she wasn’t herself at the time, as well as mixed emotions about her relationship with her now-father. She likely also wants to continue helping therianthropes in her own kingdom.

Ultimately, I think she’s simply acting in what she believes is the best interest of everyone she cares about, ensuring their happiness and well-being.
