No, Jaekyung isn't homophobic. He has a crush on a guy called Junwon for a long time (since their middle school days). He loves him so much that he doesn't care when he gets treated like shit by Junwon.
Sadly it's an unrequited love. Junwon and him only have sex with each other and after that, the Junwon guy leaves him to enjoy his time with other guys that he calls his lovers
Or jaekyung seems quite homophobic? Initially I thought he was just creeped out / annoyed by sunny but now.. idk
