Ty I really thought I was just overthinking, cause like calling someone pretty and a princess even though you hae like common hair is normal but because the story keeps showing her pink hair and how no one can see it, it definitely implies that the girl can see her actual appearance. (sorry for the long text)
Idk if you notice but the princess in the storybook diana was holding has pink hair so i guess thats why she called her princess (=・ω・=)
