Just want to share: - the Seme has explained that he did it so he can have a conversation with the Uke. He did walking around but didn't actually flash people, just wearing the coat to be seen suspicious.
- they didn't actually "bond" the uke was traumatized from his failure in the past. he was scared if he let the seme (the "criminal") go without a proper help or understanding the past will be repeated. he was drown in guilt & shame for himself that what lead him to that decision.

Wtf is this plot (if I can even call it that)?! Cringe ML goes around harassing people, just for the MC to go - I'll be your rock/strength or whatever (where's the punishment first of all???). Where's the BUILD UP to this trust and closeness?! Why are they just randomly bonding, why would a policeman offer himself to watch a 20 year old sexual harasser to alleviate the burden of his fetish??! I hate rushed, illogical plots like this, what a garbage 'story'
