I don’t think the author got sued. Apparently there was some issue with the publisher overworking the artist (Han), who basically crashed out on twitter a while ago and mentioned something about being essentially bullied by the publisher (Horizon) and has since changed to a different publisher— at least from what I’ve gathered, anyways. I’m pretty sure something similar to an explanation is pinned on the artist’s twitter/X account (@han_he_BL)
