He is going to have to get an empress they are going to force him at some point because they will need an heir. && Duke doesn't want anyone to know about his condition or the kids. The Emperor hasn't gained anything but a human sex toy that will be used by multiple people. He can't announced that he have kids, he can't be with the children in public, he can't announce that he love the Duke, he can't get an empress, he cant sleep with other people and build other bonds, the Duke refuses to live in the kingdom, the Duke refuses to be the empress.
