Warehouse (also messed up, has similar vibes, and some other stuff I can’t spoil).
Strangers from hell (not a BL but has BL undertones. It’s both a manhwa and a kdrama. I haven't seen the k drama, but I’ve heard good things and it has similar creepy vibes.
