Hahaha it's not that unrealistic, my parents are the same as his mom, we don't want anything to do with each others finances
The amount of money they "keep it for me to give it to me later" I can probably pay atleast half a year rent
The most unrealistic thing was not that he got foresight but his mom saying "that's your money" on chapter 3 If I had that much money my mom siblings (there's 8 of them) will trample me to death and take all the money
