Same! He finally re-discovered his self worth, that he lost due to the alpha, and managed to stand up for himself and move forward. Then the alpha is like “I’ll change, I love you” and he says he won’t be swayed but the whole “let’s pretend I never treated you like sh*t and we just met for the first time” is such bs. Felt like a total slap in the face that shows he’s not going to take any accountability and won’t change for anyone but his own interests sake. I understand the omega deep down probably wants and hopes for the security of the child being raised by both parents, the “happy ending”, but it’s such a shame he ended up lowering himself like that. He deserved better and it really seemed like there was hope due to the character development through the series.
