There is no way in hell a gay guy will complain about a guy who is too big in a muscular way.

yes because all gay dudes have the same preferences, great way of stereotyping

Oh yes they will... tons of gay men are turned off by guys who are bigger than them.

A lot of people like bigger people, I feel like gay people (including lesbians, pansexual, bi, etc) are more open about it than others. BUT at the same time, that same community is extremely critical of people's bodies. I have no problem finding people to date as a plus size person in the lesbian community, my gay brother prefers bigger guys (with dad bods, chubbier bodies, or muscular bodies) over thinner guys. A lot of my gay friends "drooled" over bigger bodies, but it really depends on the person. Like I said, I think the gay community is more open about their preferences than other communities and that's why we see some people being outspoken about opinions like "HELL YEAH I LIKE ME SOME BIG BEEFCAKES" and "HELL YEAH I LIKE ME SOME THIN HOTTIES". LOL But that's my take on it

It’s very true, the gay community is especially critical of looks. There’s research backed up on it (like legit, I wish I wasn’t kidding) about how some men feel like they’re too ugly to be gay which is hella sad

when I was 16 I had a friend on deviantart who was 18 and gay. He often told me he was too ugly to be gay and that he'll never find a boyfriend. After 10 years we don't talk, but I see his posts and he looks more confident than he ever had before. I feel like a lot of times style has a lot to do with if people are found attractive or not, plus the way you hold yourself as well. I wish more people had some confidence, as a lot of the people who have a ton of confidence don't really deserve it.
