is ch 81 missing? why is 82 uploaded but not 81 ?

..............someone or a BOT is messin around jest like ch79.6 & 80.. usually the BOT wont UPload if the 'PlaceHolders' (PH) set. No-one should. I am guessin its prolly a frickin user. But who knows, cause its NOT even the 'Officials' and that's what @nanachi gives us. Hurtn myself, by not reading it, but I'll wait for them:):
