Yesss I think he is an vampire cuz just look at the cover, you would see him drinking red juice and on the background there are many tomato juices box which is most likely reference to blood and I also seen some edits of this manga in insta where people were commenting vampire X human, so yeah .....we got a delicious younger vampire seme X older uke(hot Ahjusshi) (˵ ° ʖ °˵)
