OMG you're right its floating for like three panels. I'm assuming that the illustrator or editor accidentally messed up the spacing since in all three panels they have the same amount of space left before they would actually be on his finger.

Is the ring on the pointer finger of Guwon's left hand floating in the panels where he's looking at the picture frame in chapter 1? Like it's not even on his finger, it's legit floating somewhere else in those panels then it's back on his finger after.
