In Japan the adult age is 21 tho, not 18. Also being legal adult on paper hardly means to be adult in life. I just can't unsee it :/
I dunno when this manga released, but in my info, Japan lowered their legal age to 20 to 18 in 2022. I also prefer 21 but as I mentioned 18 is legal in mostly so it’s not that much problem. And here, he’s the one making the first move, so what can we say.
I can't shake my dislike for the age difference when they met. Kazuhiko was still a minor (not even 21), although there was no grooming or anything of the sort.
Anyways, the story is pretty wholesome and very beautiful. I love old men yaoi!
