YES EXACTLY, THANK YOU. i was thinking that the whole time as i was binging the series. i could understand if it was a temporary/newly formed partnership like their fake betrayal plan with the bishop, but since it's higher-ups who are spies, they've long been planted there and therefore should have a mark in their body.
It should have been good but there's a lot of loophole. Like he can use that google patch to find the followers among the other unions too even if they are leaders. So why did he not do it? For the sake of plot? Lol.
