I don't think the seme loves najima (or whatever his name is) anymore. The only feeling he has is regret. Remember how he blamed himself for their death? And how he could never confess his love? Maybe that's why he stubbornly holds onto his feelings. And he may have fell in love with the uke, which he himself have not realised. The uke was the only one who could see him, love him and understand him. How could he not fall for him?? Buuuuut I think it will take a long time for the seme to realise that.
