Hiyama tells Tsumugi he loves her, she rejects him.
She's starting to lose weight because she's eating better and snacking less (because when you're a manga heroine, you don't stay fat or chubby), and Tagami is a little distant with her. On top of that, she tells him that for her studies, she's going to move and they're going to have a long-distance relationship. In short, I spend a couple of introspections on her, but she ends up concluding that her doubts (the fact that Tagami no longer likes her and the impression that they're distant) are only due to her lack of self-confidence. The manga ends with Tagami asking her to marry him later, and she tells him that later she'll become his wife.
