Considering the fact that the pill was given by professor Cha i don't think the omega turning pill like Jiheon was thinking , but something that messing up with memories , and the professor probably know how to manipulate them so Wooju will remember different things from what actually happen.

mmh I was team professor Cha but now im skeptical. I'm wondering if the pill is something that will either makes him remember his past OR distorting his memory to make Jiheon the villain so that Wooju will turn away from him and go to professor Cha just like what's happening right now. Idk what's real or fake, I feel like professor might be the kidnapper idk argh but that one panel where we see Jiheon smiling like a psycho sent me chills
