Honestly, I am team Hyung and all throughout S1, the Hyung carried the plot.. but I am not so sure now after seeing a TikTok video where it said the author liked the sunbae and might consider making him the end game. I am pissed and sad at the same time.
Oooh that gives me hope lol.
But the reason I feel like the hyung will be endgame is…
1. The author made an extra after S1 and in it said something like ”what is Chan Young’s choice when facing his first heart break in life” so I was thinking maybe they break up? Something bad happens to MC?
2. It’s obvious that the hyung is not a normal human being… he’s something supernatural? And it seems like him and MC are connected based on something that happened in the past… maybe he saved MC’s life and then MC is in “debt” to him? But anyway their fates are intertwined and so far sunbae seems like a normal human so i don’t know how he could prevent or break them apart…
Initially, I hoped that hyung would be the one to rescue him from his struggles due to their deep history together. However, I've noticed that some stories bury the past once the characters find someone new, which makes me anxious about the direction this manhwa might take.
I've also considered the sunbae's unrequited love, which started with casual sex. In some stories, the author fulfills the character's dreams, so I predict that sunbae might confess his feelings while trying to protect the uke from getting close to hyung.
Ohhh it’s interesting you think that. I thought it’d be the hyung because some stories it seems like the MC always ends up with the one they met “first” or in childhood.
But like you, I also think the sunbae will realize he does genuinely like the MC and ends up confessing but I feel like the MC might try to protect him from hyung and not accept his feelings…
Watch in the end we are both wrong and nobody ends up with anyone because everyone is dead
