If he (Saein, or an omega, or a birthing male character in a story) wants to be called father that's his prerogative.
Personally, I would see them more as a mother if they're carrying and giving birth.
They already have different labels and are treated differently than what conventional fathers would.
In the end it gets down to preferences, or practicality as the girl already explained.

To be honest I do like the " Idk if I'm going to be a good parent troupe" I think it's cute and shows a certain type vulnerability of the characters. When we see them being nervous, scared,anxious, irritated about being a good parent then happy, relieved, excited when they start realizing that although it's hard they can do it. While showing such extreme care & love to the child(ren).
Awwwww Twins that was a twist and fraternal twins so are we gonna get 1 baby that look exactly like the prosecutor & 1 exactly like the mom. Black hair & white hair. I'm actually kinda happy that's it twins because as well both saw both characters never had a family or real family love. So now they will get double the amount that's pretty heart warming when you think about it.
I hope the next season we get to finally see them be truly happy not with only each other but within themselves too. They both have trauma and things that need to be worked on internally. && I'm also here for some good funny moments of them trying to figure out this whole parenting & dating stuff..
