Sure he was obssessive over the subordinate but that was only because he kmew he couldnt have what he wanted for once (he's ricj and used to getting anything his whim desires then and there). He's just a spoiled rotten child. I wouldnt mind a side story of him getting humbled while actually falling for someone tho.
