There are countless of possibilities on how the plot could unfold. Are you new to the concept of having a having different opinion based on different interpretations?

This is so old yaoi coded i'm annoyed. From art with the weird proportions(this bothers me the least) to the usual trope of "Let's add a horrible piece of trash save mc from another horrible piece of trash to make the first trash appear better".
Mc is the only good thing happening in this manhwa.
Ml(demon) is literally no better in the least than the psychopathic antagonist best friend. If anything he's even worse.
Ml basically got punished over something he didn't do, with the demon brutally raping him constantly and even getting him pregnant on purpose so he can suffer. Ml is demented but what truly annoys me is that they end up together as if nothing happened, painting ml as the hero, despite being as evil and disgusting as the antagonist friend. This type of shit, plot that makes no sense whatsoever is extremely common in old ass yaoi.
Mc though, is a fine man, very intelligent and likeable. All these trashy people that get stuck to him should have ideally fucked off.
