for the 2nd couple, Sejin liked and was in a "relationship" with Dohyoung's cousin. there was no incest. just reread that chapter, cause I had the same reaction until I realized Dohyoung was the cousin of the ahole.
Dohyoung went to the army to sort out his feelings for Sejin, and from the text msg in ch10, Dohyoung is propping himself up to Sejin when letting Sejin know his cousin wouldn't be available.

hated the fact that the main couple is just abt physical shi yk like touchin, sex etc. AND also when the mc(black haired guy) got twinkyfied, and his "notbuldging a thing even if you touch me attitude" completely disappeared i was a bit disappointed.
