True, this is valid if the opinion is imposed, I'm not forcing you to believe my point of view, and no one else is. So if your commentary is pointed at me, which I will assume it is as you took the time to "use my words" in my opinion, it lacks intention, and substance. It does amaze me though, people taking so personal when others critize a story and they comment as if it was pointes at them personally.

I think you're actually seeing things quite short-sightedly. What amazed me is the fact that lots of people do not realize the influence of surroundings around a character. Yes, he's obsessed but to me it's actually quite obvious why. It doesn't make it healthy but definitely doesn't make it poor written as well. Notice how his character changed with time as it progressed. It's like you just forgot about everything this story was about and complain how poorly written he is without pointing out the issues? You say it's poor written just to say it's poor written but how about pointing a specific examples?
It was good while there was distinction between him being a dragon and him being just a possesive psycho like any other toxic male lead... now there's no difference. This is the classic depict of possesive man, as if people don't know anything else, like, if you fucking don't know how to write proper possesive beasts, why going into that hole?
and that goes for the regular stories too, if they don't know how many forms a possesive person can have why pick it in the first place, they always go for the same type, and it's boring.
Unimaginative people and lazy writers is what the world is being filled with.
