I’m pretty sure most of those maids can’t read so they wouldn’t be able to classify them anyways and I think that’s why the instruction was to “organize the room exactly as it was before” but yea I do agree he could def go about it in a better way (￣∇￣")

Bro wanted the maids to order his papers using an aristocratic classification method that commoners do not know without him teaching them and then had, before this, blamed them for it ???
