Are you talking about academic nerd or an otaku type? Anyway, these mangas come to mind:
- Yoake No Jousho (top)
- Oreshika Shiranai Karada (bottom)
- Hakujin to Kurobotan (honestly the top is not that 'nerdy' imo but still a great read)
- Boku wa Kimi Dake no Mono (bottom)
- Man of Virtue (top)
