Not necessarily mized signals, ML said it himself he's trying to get "used" to MC. ML is fucking trash but he's aware of how possessive he is of Mc and he knkws its bc of the bond(?) So hes using MC as exposure therapy bc he lacks the capability to kill Mc and Mc doesnt wish to Self end; the only optionis to get used to mc's touch. He doesn't truly believe MC is F rank. If ML didnt have trauma just like every other Esper he wouldnt mind that Mc is a male but bc of it he cant help but feel grossed out during most intimate situations. Trauma is not an excuse to traumatize/treat others like shit tho
