So i might be bit confused but ML is kind of a super soldier. And because of that his body releases some kind of a pheromone that causes hallucinogenic vision. If i am remembering it correctly ml can't control that
From comment under the novel on NU it shows that ML is manipulating MC to think about him and sexually attracted to him. His attraction to ML is not coming from his own thoughts so Idk what to think about this. Sounds like MC is heavily manipulated by ML to the point he do things for ML's benefit.
I rated this 5 stars just because the art is pretty and I like apocalyptic story.
