it seems like they just assumed that was some kind of bruise since some babies do have blue bruises all over the body like spilled ink. and maybe the names were kind spreaded out when they are kids so they looked even more like bruise or birthmark.
So if the parents aren't lying then what? But it also doesn't make sense like even if it were to appear later the parents should've at least notice cus yk like 1-7 children still is supervise by their parents clothes and all yk some still let their parents dress them and stuff...but it there is also a possibility that it just appears when he was a teenager.
