ADDITIONALLY! he's probably only doing exposure therapy because he had no other choice. He's not doing it because he genuinely loved MC. (Or maybe yeah since we don't know his POV but still he's fucking annoying for the amount of times he made MC feel humiliated and didn't even apologize whatsoever).

TLDR:
ML is so fucking annoying. I understand that his disgust towards MC's gender is because of trauma, but he's an asshole for continuing to act clingy on MC and make it sound like it's MC's fault that he has this aversion. MC is already trying to stay away from him because that's what he wants and now he's being all chummy around him as if he didn't almost killed him when he found out his gender. Which is, also his fault for assuming MC's gender.
It's also understandable that MC acts like a doormat and can't fight back cuz ML literally threatened his life many times (by the same person who saved him) atleast he's not clinging onto ML still hoping to get reciprocated.
ML is an annoying spoiled brat that thinks he can get anything he wants (sadly he can). Gawd I can't WAIT FOR HIM TO GET HUMBLED. And I know maybe the reason he's being clingy all of a sudden is probably because he's doing an exposure therapy but maaaaan he's so fucking annoying I can't. The amount of times he made it seem like it's MC's fault he's puking his guts out for kissing MC bro I feel bad for him (the MC not the ML).
