I meant his first life (the historical one), the one where he actually knew and loved Hosik. If he already wanted to die in a life where he didn’t even know Hosik, then he probably didn’t make it in the one where he did (the historical one).

In one of the specials, it did say that he came after hosik so quickly. That's why hosik cried after seeing him under the tree. Hosik didn't have to wait long before the young master followed him. Suicide or not, the young master died of heartbreak for sure
If he was contemplating suicide when he didn't even know Hosik does that mean he probably commited suicide in their first life after Hosik died
