People are confused because both Silence and the normal world are both made up worlds, and Iheon's words from previous chapter is kinda contradictory making it seem like he's stuck in a time loop saying that the tragedy always happens, but from this chapter, he only lived in Silence once and then transmigrated into the world Huimin drew in his sketchbook, does that not even occur to you
But isn't he not a really reliable narrator? His monologues were always foreshadowing something.
Huimin yes, but Iheon is not. He might be confused at first when he first transmigrated but the plot twist has always been revealed with his narration. I thought you could explain everything since your comment implied other people are stupid for getting confused, but alas
