I felt the same way. I felt like the story was missing something, but I can't put my finger on it.
I feel like this happens everytime with their works too, i was waiting for more when we saw him talk abt what the ML did to get close to the MC

It had all the ingredients but didn’t quite get there, i feel like the story was meant to be longer but was cut short for some reason. It’s good but could have been better. Their bodies are drawn *chefs kiss but the penetration sex scenes just looked uncomfortable rather than enjoyable to read there wasn’t really love making just banging away forcefully.
