I’m not sure if it’s cultural practice but I’ve consumed a lot of Japanese media (not just BL) and most characters tend to bath a second time at night to get the day’s grime off and relax. I’m sure it happens in SK too, but it’s not depicted in manhwas as often.
As for real life, the preparations for bottoming are actually much more thorough than both mangas and manhwas tend to portray. You need to give yourself an enema to get rid of fecal matter that may still remain stuck to the walls of the colon to avoid infection (if the other party is not using a condom), and lube and stretch yourself out if engaging with a partner in penetrative sex without proper foreplay.
