That they said Miyauchi's Alpha mom was engaged. But still had an affair with his omega mom. Then, married off to an alpha family. And then eventually Miyauchi was sent to that family's care to train...
And since it's shown now that Kudo's dad was his mentor. And it was shown before that Jirou's dad were besties with Aoi's parents. It's likely that he was with the Saionji family for a while, then sent to work for Aoi's family. (Since the Saionji employs mostly just Alphas.)
Which means...
He's Jirou's brother. And he is uncle to those adorable babies.
And that Jirou's dad, turns out, was also looking out for Miyauchi. Not just Aoi.
