I honestly dont think hes vomiting because he is disgusted with teach or that hes a red flag. The way he was blushing in the mirror after vomiting while thinking of teach shows he actually is quite interested in teach. The vomiting is most likely a side effect of whatever is wrong wrong with his body/memory. Safe to say hes still a green flag in my book for now ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~
