Ok, I could be wrong but this is what I'm seeing:
June is finally living the life she wants through Cameron. She is being praised for her work and can live like a noble woman, all while receiving the "love" of a man known for being free. She is so caught up in everything that she doesn't see that Cameron is pulling away from her out of both disgust and depression until she sees him kissing another maid. This wakes her up to the fact that he doesn't love her, he's playing with her. But she's lowkey convinced she can "win him back"
