Well, some hints are there. For example, how it seems that ML needs to learn about almost everything. Very likely that he rose from the dead and forgot everything about his previous life, including all the basics someone his age should know.
Instead of assuming he threw up because of a kiss I'm going to go the other way and say that he might be sick.
My theory is he came back from the dead, which means he's similar to the dead so he can't be healthy realistically and maybe his body is breaking down?
I'm going to choose to be optimistic until proven wrong in the webtoon. Lol
