My theory for quite a bit that he is using a body of Pyo Guwon and looks like he was a police officer when he wa alive(it was pic on Twitter by the author, he wa in police uniform). The name of this manha is " the houds of Sisyphus, -"In Greek mythology, Sisyphus was a cunning king known for his deceit and cleverness, who was punished in the underworld for trying to cheat death"-, so I think he were able to cheat death by this and also by bringing distraction to earth in shape of those zombies(or whatever they are). Also wanna add that dissonance between his body and mind/psych. Such a big guy for such naive- child like mind.
Or maybe it's a stretch on my part...but finally we are starting to move with story line
