Why are their face drawn like that. Did the artist change for the side story?

Artists style change all the time and it's something you can't control. It's difficult to maintain the same style throughout the work, especially if it lasts for years, as in this case. It's always fun to check the first and last chapters of any story and appreciate the differences in the art ^^
