Listen, buddy, I'm not a sungji "shipper". You only ship when you feel a threat from another rival for the central character's affections. I have never felt that "threat" from Seju's camp. Never. It has always looked like Sungji x Sumin will be end game no matter what. Seju had always just been a harmful drug Sumin was bound to eventually stop taking. She loved that drug, she probably still does, but nonetheless it's toxic and harmful and she had to stop taking it if she was to finally move on with her life to better things.
