Shinoa has been rejected four times by this point.
Yuu is never really going to love her and MikaYuu feelings are mutual, even if they don't end up together or making out at the end or whatever their feelings are mutual, they might not date but Yuu is definitely not going to date Shinoa because if he does that would literally be something the mangaka pulled out of his ass after years of Yuu rejecting her because he wants Mika, he can only think about Mika, he wants to raise the kids of the orphanage with Mika.
Literally everything he's doing is about Mika, not Shinoa.
Even if they don't get together it would be delusional to think Yuu likes her, plus it would be shitty story writing because Yuu made it extremely clear he doesn't like her.
Changing it at the end after four rejections is just dumb at this point.
People, it's time to wrap it up. It's a shame how Shinoa was such an interesting character but it's too much to expect Shonen authors to properly write their women without making their entire character about loving a man. Kagami is also notorious for queerbaiting. Pretty sure he did that in his previous work and the MC ended up with a woman anyway.
